Kenneth C. Greenberg

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ken Greenberg serves as the CEO of US Hospitality Group. Additionally, he is a Principle at Omega Asset Management, LLC and Nexus Alternative Lending, LLC; both aggressive financial institutions. Ken is a former executive with several large banks and commercial lenders and the Broker / President of a commercial real estate brokerage. He has also served as President of Worldgate Resorts, Principal of multiple resorts in Branson, Missouri and a senior executive of a long established diverse resort company with annual revenue in excess of $800 Million largely from the timeshare resort industry.

Mr. Greenberg is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and brings a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant in a diverse number of industries. Ken is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Andrew N. Greenberg    

Vice President

Andrew Greenberg serves as Vice President / Operations of US Hospitality Group. Prior to joining the Company, he served as General Manager of The Colonnade Resort and the Grand Regency Resort in Branson, Missouri. Both of these resorts were Timeshare Resorts with affiliations with RCI and Interval International. He also served as the Director of Sales at the Worldgate Resort Hotel and Convention Center, a 500 room Disney area Resort with 32,000 square feet of Convention space. Andrew was also served as the General Manager and Partner in Sports Zone Bar and Club in New Jersey. This Jersey Shore Restaurant and Club was a 9,000 square feet venue with live musical acts, sporting events and a 4 star restaurant rating.

Andrew is a graduate of Florida State University and hold a State of Florida Real Estate License.

Daniel Greenberg

Vice President of Real Estate

Daniel Greenberg serves as Vice President of Real Estate of US Hospitality. He is an experienced Credit Analysis for an aggressive small business lender and a Principal of Nexus Alternative lending, LLC. Daniels’ experience in the hospitality industry, as an entrepreneur and as a veteran of complex real estate transactions, is a valuable asset to US Hospitality. Daniel’s experience well serves small business owners as they traverse through tumultuous financial times.

Daniel is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, and holds a Florida Real Estate license.

James C. Stanley

Executive Vice President

Mr. Stanley serves as an Executive Vice President of US Hospitality Group. Additionally, Jim is a Principle at Fountainhead Commercial Capital and Omega Asset Management, LLC; both aggressive financial institutions. Mr. Stanley has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and consultant in the real estate development industry, including his involvement in numerous projects exceeding the $100 million+ range. In addition, his diversified background ranges from consulting for the world’s largest investment and capital-management firms to an owner of a New York City advertising agency.

After earning his degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Virginia, Jim went on to earn his General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor and Florida Real Estate Broker licenses.

Percy Amaria

Vice President of Food & Beverage

Percy Amaria has over 20 years of experience spanning restaurants, hotels and private clubs. He brings knowledge and insight to the portfolios of key hospitality clients.  Percy’s career in food & beverage escalated quickly and he held roles including Director of Food & Beverage at Park Central Hotel in New York, General Manager at Sky Restaurant t, Director of Food and Beverage at Coast Kamloops Hotel and Conference Center and Four Point by Sheraton in Vancouver, BC

Percy has experience in overseeing concept, planning and development for multi-million dollar renovations as well as assessing and reorganizing food & beverage business, substantially boosting revenue.  Percy’s focus has been to provide industry insight, experience and knowledge to clients on a personal level.  He has close working relationships with distributors and leading industry figures, and has worked with brands including Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Embassy Suites, Ramada, Crowne Plaza as well as independent, boutique hotels.  Keeping the individual customer and guest at the forefront of his work, Percy strategically weaves innovative ideas and unique concepts through every approach from branding and training to marketing and business development.

Percy holds a Bachelor in Finance and Economics from Bombay University, India, a Diploma in Hotel Management from Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai, India, and AOS Degree in Culinary Arts from Culinary Institute of America, NY,

Percy is a father of two, and currently resides in Vancouver, BC with his wife, daughter and son.  In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, cycling, golfing, traveling and building on his reputation as a cigar aficionado.
