Much of the work has been in hospitality, various commercial and retail facilities. Our clients also include federal customers including the U.S. State Department, the GSA, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Energy, and all branches of the U.S. Military. We do continue to serve private companies to build major power plant complexes, manufacturing plants and chemical plants. The firm has a very large International presence currently providing Construction Services throughout the World. $6.8M · 4-story, 57-room facility on remote mountaintop above the 729-ft. Amicalola Falls. The center covers approximately 58,000-SF and includes a full-service restaurant, five spacious conference rooms, and a ballroom with a 200-person capacity.

$25M · Project consisted of 400 guestrooms with golf course, 150-seat dining room, and meeting and conference space as part of a luxury hotel development located adjacent to the California wine country.

Cable Beach Hotel & Casino

Design/Build Cable Beach Hotel & Casino – Nassau, Bahamas

$80.7M · D/B of a 730‑room resort hotel with casino and convention facilities. The 600,000-SF hotel consists of two 9‑story bedroom wings, a 1,400-person capacity convention center, and a central lobby, restaurant and bar area. The casino has 92,000-SF, including a 950‑seat theater, atrium restaurant, and lounge. Also involved were a sports complex, central energy plant and laundry, sewerage lagoon, two straw‑markets, and taxi stands.

Spa on Port Royal Sound, Phases I & II – Hilton Head, SC

$11M · Two very similar developments each consisting of five 3-story wood-framed housing structures which contain 154 one and two bedroom condominium units. A common usage building contains administration offices, telephone, and television equipment rooms. The resort swimming pool is covered with a geodesic dome. Resort also features a very extensive array of recreational facilities including tennis courts and jogging trails.

Construction of a new multi-use recreation/hospitality center at the Army’s historic Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The state-of-the-art ¤ thirty-two-lane bowling center also includes a full-service kitchen and restaurant, party rooms, a sports bar, and various other entertainment facilities. $6.7M
